*At this time all sales are final, however...I want my customers 100% satisfied...if there is a problem please email me & we'll work something out! I do my best to describe & photograph each piece to fully represent that One of a Kind piece of jewelry. If for some reason there's a manufacturer default (I'm a human not a machine!) just contact me & ship it back & I'll fix it free of charge. If however it breaks because your child thought it was pretty & sparkly & ripped it out of your ear/off your neck (I know these from experience,my son loves all things dangling) there will be a small fee to repair it. If an exchange is made there is 10% restocking fee. Thanks again for your business.
